What is it?
We build skills in a wide variety of domains, for example: problem solving, analysis, strategy development, compelling writing, public speaking, stakeholder mapping and analysis, program management, project management, Agile, Lean, de-biasing, etc.
How do we do it?
We use webinars, lectures, experiential exercises, role-plays, real-plays, peer coaching, journaling, assessments and other techniques to build new skills and capabilities. Impact measurement is a key component of our approach: we want to see measurable performance improvement in day-to-day work rather than merely the demonstration of head knowledge at the end of a classroom session.
What is the value?
A higher level of performance and value contribution in specific areas – typically in areas that truly matter to the individuals and to the organization.
