What is it?
A set of assessments that start at the general level by having team members assess degree of trust, ability to handle conflict, depth of commitment, approach to accountability and attention to results. Based on the output from this first assessment we can go in depth and do a focused assessment in any of the five areas addressed by the first, general assessment.
