What is it?
A set of assessments that touch directly on leadership style. The assessments include Leadership Culture Survey, Leadership Circle Profile and Leadership Style Preference.
How do we do it?
We tailor the set of assessments to use based on the need of the client. We debrief assessments one-on-one or in small groups.
What is the value?
Greater awareness of strengths as a leader and potential areas for growth. In the debrief we may support the client in identifying the steps they wish to undertake to build further on the strengths and/or pursue selected areas for growth. This helps them become more effective leaders. This can be particularly valuable in conjunction with a promotion or a substantial shift in responsibilities.
