What is it?
A carefully designed meditative walk that lets participants reflect on what has shaped them, what they are grateful for, where they are headed, and how they wish to journey as they move forward.
How do we do it?
We set up a physical labyrinth in a large quiet space. At regular intervals we install stations for pausing and reflecting. Each station has equipment and materials that makes for a physical experience that stimulates deep self-reflection.
