Our colleagues Ole and Claire just led an inspiring two-day workshop with wonderful participants at the Tony Blair Institute in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change aims to help make globalization work for the many, not the few. They do this by helping countries, their people, and their governments address some of the most difficult challenges in the world today.
We are grateful and honored to have the chance to support senior team members at the Tony Blair Institute to develop their leadership in their valuable work, which contributes to society. We covered the topics that strengthen soft leadership skills such as empathy, self-awareness, deep listening and change management skills including influencing techniques and making change happen.
People were inspired by these skills and had a great time reflecting together on how they could use them in daily work and life to become even better trusted advisors.
Our deepest appreciation to Maleda Bisrat, the country head of the Tony Blair Institute at Ethiopia, who has the great vision for organizing this fantastic event and inviting us to deliver the workshop.
“The leadership tools covered were highly relevant, the team has been inspired to apply them to our daily work!” — Maleda Bisrat
